Project / Account Manager (Middle / Junior +)

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive. Account / Project Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and with our team of creatives. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including designers.
Требования:
- Professional-level written and spoken English (C1).
- Experience with international clients.
- Minimum 1,5-2 year experience in IT projects / account management.
- Experience developing estimates, drafting account scopes, and reporting on account financials.
- Experience managing clients, ability to work independently, run with ambiguity, and thrive with challenges.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies.
Обязанности:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Drive overall account management to ensure deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to client’s specifications.
- Ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
- Oversee all project from concept, design, to implementation.
- Manage day-to-day communications with the client.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Work closely with the founder daily to go over all project updates.
- Anticipate project needs, opportunities and risks; and plan resources and appropriate actions according to the project parameters.
