Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. We are looking for someone with experience in paid media and interest in marketing analytics.

Требования:

  • B2 English language level or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, including setting up Google Analytics events, creating custom reports, and interpreting data insights.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with HubSpot and HubSpot analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Обязанности:

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to increase paid leads by x2, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media paid ads.
  • Set up new Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation efficiency.
  • Keep track of key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads number from all channels, etc) on a weekly basis.
  • Implement advanced tracking mechanisms, including Google Analytics events, to capture relevant data for analysis.
  • Utilize marketing analytics to derive insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests and other experiments aimed at improving marketing performance.
  • Create custom reports based on data collected from various sources, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal databases
  • Keep iGMS listings on Capterra, G2, TrustPilot updated and relevant to the market, perform quarterly analysis on the positions and performance.
  • Be in communication with reviewers and process incentives for positive reviews;
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
