We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to help our SaaS business grow.
Требования:
- Fluent English is a must;
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level;
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS;
- Office is a plus;
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Basic understanding of Financial industry is a plus;
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
Обязанности:
- Serve as the initialpoint of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Develop new business to meet sales quotas;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
