HR-Assistant

And now we are looking for the HR assistant.
— Location: Lithuania, Poland.
— Work format : in-house/hybrid.
— Billable hours: full-time, flexible schedule.
— Remuneration: depends on the candidate's expectations.
— Expected level: junior/middle.

Требования:
- Proven experience as an administrative position or relevant human resources;
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential (C1-C2 level);
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular);
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS;
- Английский: C1-C2;
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases;
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
Обязанности:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR BP;
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc);
- Coordinate HR projects (onboarding, meetings, training, surveys etc);
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
- Communicate with public services when necessary;
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database (BambooHR).
