We are looking for an experienced property listing and data management analyst to develop, distribute and maintain our product online while providing support on our website.

Требования:

1+ year experience;
Experience working in Google Sheets or Excel;
Strong spoken and written in English;
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail;
Reliable home-office setup and personal computer to work on;
Available 5 days per week 7am-4pm EST (NYC time).
2+ years of experience;
Basic understanding of web-design and layout;
Experience with image editing tools, such as canva or gimp, etc;
Understanding of pivot tables and other basic google sheet formulas;
Experience working with Slack, Trello or Notion;
Available to work on weekends if needed;
Good professional communication skills;
Previous experience as Content Specialist or Data Analyst.

Обязанности:

Posting new inventory across 25+ platforms:
We provide photos and descriptions;
You submit all assets and details into each individual platform;
Verify if our inventory is shown and displayed correctly;
Submitting new inventory on our own website:
Ensure all content for the website is accurate before;
We provide guidelines, instructions and how-to documentation;
You upload all images and content before enabling it;
Web-optimizing photos, selecting the best photos out of the give;
Monitor and update our listings whenever necessary;
Perform quality assurance and pier-to-pier review of newly created listings;
Track and accurately input data into Google Sheets.

Starts from $900 and based on your experience.
