Customer Support Specialist

We provide 24/7 Guest Support online and over the phone. You will be keeping communication with the guests during your 8-hour shift, responding the inquiries, coordinating with the Cleaning Team, etc.
Требования:
- MUST: Excellent level of writing and speaking English;
- Creative writing skills;
- Doer personality;
- Loads of empathy, patience, and a positive approach;
- Analytical mindset.
- Bachelor or equivalent in Linguistics, Education;
- Experience working in travel business;
- Experience working with Airbnb;
- Experience working remotely.
Обязанности:
- Handle all inquiries, consultations and bookings;
- Control check-in, check-out, key exchanges;
- Provide information, 24/7 guest assistance (within your shift);
- Create listing descriptions and guests’ instructions as needed;
- Follow the instructions of the supervisor;
- Work closely with the Cleaning Team and Handyman.

- 2/2 shift schedule (5:00 pm — 1:00 am Vancouver time (3: 00 am — 11:00 am Moscow time);
