The Company is an international FinTech start-up registered in the Netherlands. The product line includes a range of electronic banking products. The Cоmpany distributed team are rapidly growing and for the moment they are ~ 100 people based across Europe and Russia.
  • Higher education in the area of IT/Marketing/Business and management;
  • Additional qualifications are welcome (e.g. certificates for working with data, etc.);
  • Successful commercial case in the field of Internet marketing / E-commerce (with a contribution to the growth of the project / company) in the b2c / b2b market;
  • Proven and successful managerial experience from 3-5 + people;
  • Experience in responsibility for the marketing budget;
  • Business English level;
  • A management style based on delegation and trust, effective in distributed teams, rather than a directive approach;
  • Hands of leadership as part of the start up;
  • Adaptable to the start-up environment;
  • Open to work in a remote mode 100% of the working time.
  • We welcome an experienced manager in the field of digital marketing for further growth of the existing start-up project as digital marketing is a key toolset for the new client acquisition;
  • In this role, you will be part of the company management team, leading and growing its members along the following directions;
  • Full cycle of client acquisition (traffic and analytics). Internal and external team members;
  • Growth marketing. Client funnel conversion growth and experiments;
  • Content projects;
  • Working closely with the technical team assigned to the marketing one;
  • The company is looking for a right fit in terms of management skills taking over an internal team along with the pool of agencies and free lancers when working in the fully remote mode;
  • The role will be responsible for marketing budgets (~ Mln Euro) and the person will evaluate marketing KPIs completion to ensure the right balance between the customer base growth and the budgeting;
  • Annual planning for the digital marketing activities;
  • Tracking the existing KPIs and introducing the new ones where relevant working across the marketing projects;
  • Budgeting;
  • Running the marketing team with a focus on 4 key directions, namely:
  • Client acquisition (performance marketing) and analytics;
  • Growth marketing (experiments with the client acquisition channels and the conversion rate);
  • Content projects;
  • Tech team is the remaining one making the last unit of the marketing team;
  • Industry best practice introduction and roll out across the company;
  • Communication with different Company Heads and teams to follow the local market needs and implement the Marketing projects.
