Hi there! We are InsightWhale - a fully remote team of professionals that helps businesses to become data-driven. We provide Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Business Intelligence services to small and medium-sized businesses based in the USA, Asia, Europe, and Australia. Our team is actively growing, and we are looking for 2 dedicated Sales & Account Managers.
  • Experience in selling B2B digital services (CRO, Digital Analytics, BI knowledge preferred);
  • Advanced English written and oral communication skills;
  • Experience with Upwork is a plus;
  • Self-confidence and desire to represent the company via different channels (video, audio, screencasts, social media, etc.);
  • Strong analytic skills and experience with amoCRM, Hubspot or other CRM software;
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines;
  • Ability and desire to systemize & optimize working processes (categorizing, templating communication funnels, etc.).
  • Manage prospective clients (daily written and oral communication via Upwork, calls, emails, etc., follow-ups, preparing special offers, closing deals);
  • Preparing sales materials (commercial proposals & supporting materials);
  • Identify frequently asked questions to create an efficient approach to provide answers to the clients;
  • Communicate with internal teams as necessary to answer any technical and other expertise questions;
  • After-sale initial client onboarding (collecting initial information required for the team to start the project, introducing the team, etc.);
  • Analyze our offers, materials, and recommendations to find improvement areas/increase sales and test different scripts and pitches to identify the most effective ones;
  • Ensure use of CRM and accuracy of the data; Prepare bi-weekly result reports.
  • Remote, full-time job;
  • Base salary: $1,000-1,500 + bonuses;
  • Two options for working schedule: 12:00-15:00 + 21:00-03:00 (Moscow time) or 3:00/4:00 – 11:00/12:00 (Moscow time) to effectively connect with clients from Australia, Asia, Europe, and the USA. One of our sales managers will have to work within the first schedule while another one will have to be comfortable with the second option;
