Требования:
- Successful experience in B2B sales in IT;
- Relevant experience in the international market;
- Experience in the fintech / trading / forex / crypto industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Strong knowledge of English (C-level) and Russian languages. Additional professional-level language skills would be beneficial;
- Strong result-oriented person;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Обязанности:
- Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, manage the entire sales cycle;
- Lead generation through various channels;
- Work with B2B clients globally;
- Work with current client base and expand it;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, conduct product presentations, answer client questions;
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities;
- Continuously monitor the sales pipeline, and implement effective strategies to accelerate the sales;
- Analyse industry development trends, collect, sort out and analyse market trends of mainstream enterprises in relevant fields;
- Provide reporting of revenue forecasts.
