  • Relevant work experience in a similar position in a digital or mobile advertising agency.
  • Experience in the mobile advertising market is a must.
  • Knowledge of in-app, buying channels.
  • Experience in managing simultaneously from 10 clients (ru - non-ru), experience in working with large budgets (min - $ 10,000, max - $ 100,000).
  • Knowledge of metrics, trackers (Apsflyer, Mytracker), traffic sources, market players, features of various application categories.
  • Ability to negotiate and deal with objections.
  • Ability to work simultaneously with a large number of tasks, prioritize, ability to delegate.
  • Ability to plan and organize the work processes of the team, control the progress of tasks.
  • Stress resistance, high self-organization, responsibility, work for results.
  • Knowledge of English (written and oral / not lower than B2).


  • Preparing, launching and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Accompanying clients at all stages and developing long-term relationships with them.
  • Working out briefs from partner agencies and building relationships with them.
  • Control and management of the marginality of entrusted projects.
  • Interaction with internal divisions of the company during the advertising campaign: setting goals and monitoring the timing and quality of their implementation.
  • Monitoring and optimization of campaigns in order to meet clients' KPIs.
  • Participation in the preparation of the media plan for the client, making presentations for clients.
  • Analysis of promotion results, preparation and provision of reports and possible recommendations to clients.
  • Maintenance of document flow for clients, closing documents. Accounts receivable control.
  • Expanding the area of cooperation with clients, conducting proactive sales, promoting the products and services of the agency, taking into account the identified needs of clients.
  • Maintenance of reporting and financial information in the necessary services of the company.
