Work personally with the CEO of the company. A huge number of inspiring tasks. Opportunity to grow to the head of one of the areas. Tasks will be related only to business, no personal assignments.


  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Not as a personal assistant (booking tickets, fetching water), but specifically as a business assistant to a CEO, founder, or head of a large department.
  • Preferably from the advertising field, for example, an account manager, but we also consider from other advanced industries (EdTech, HR, Finance, IT).
  • Extensive business knowledge. Education, courses, and training in management, finance, psychology.
  • Experience in solving real business problems that you can discuss in a meeting.
  • Project management skills: capable of conducting research, defining objectives, creating implementation plans, seeing projects through to completion and within deadlines.
  • Ability to search for, analyze, and structure information.
  • Excellent skills in using task and CRM tools.
  • English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-intermediate).
  • Clarity and systematic approach are commonly used terms when describing you.
  • Politeness and tactfulness: since you will be communicating extensively with colleagues and partners, communication should be calm and ethical.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand people.


  • Research and analyze market information: for instance, the number of self-employed individuals registered in the USA.
  • Lead business projects: organize team participation in conferences, initiate quarterly planning systems in departments, create knowledge bases for specific processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, work with unit economics, draw conclusions, propose solutions.
  • Take on specific tasks to enhance efficiency: for example, manage all contacts of potential clients acquired from a conference, track their statuses, and monitor sales conversions.
  • Assist various departments in achieving their goals: such as contributing to the description of the interaction process between two departments.
  • Organize and moderate online meetings, help turn words into tasks and then into results.

  • Data-driven approach, advanced tools for work: Asana, Slack, G-Suite, HubSpot (CRM).
  • Remote-friendly. Work from anywhere in the world within the GMT+4 time zone range.
  • 5/2 schedule, flexible start of the day with a slight shift towards the evening, for instance: 1 PM to 9 PM MSK (to be discussed during the meeting).

  • Salary to be discussed during the meeting, based on experience and the tasks that can be delegated. Quarterly and annual bonuses.
