3D Animation Supervisor (Maya)

The Bimi Boo Team is looking for an experienced 3D animation supervisor to quickly solve problems and control the production of 3D animation. We are looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio who will be able to check the quality of 3D animation and make edits according to the developed animation style.
Требования:
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya;
- 4+ years of 3D animation experience with 1 or more years of team lead or animation supervision experience;
- Demonstrate strong understanding of animation principles and 3D animation production pipeline;
- Ability to work in close cooperation with the animation director and production manager;
- Works collaboratively and communicates with multiple teams;
- Is open to direction and feedback, embraces change;
- Ability to correctly explain the animation task;
- Ability to mentor younger artists, and set a visual tone with their work;
- Deep knowledge of the rules and principles of animation (a confident drawing will be a plus);
- Ability to work on time;
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment;
- Is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English (B2, C1).
Обязанности:
- Control of creative and technical components of animation;
- Delivery of episodes to the animation director;
- Leads outsource team in the creation and implementation of 3D animation;
- Guide outsource team to meet milestones on time and at quality;
- Understands how to deliver quality animations and guide the visual and technical quality for the animation team;
- Mentor, manage and review development of 3D layout and developed animation.
Условия:
- Project work, paid for 1 episode (5-6 min of animation);
