I am a dedicated and personable individual with strong communication skills. Although I have no prior experience in customer support, I have a high level of English proficiency (C1-C2) and I have honed my language skills while teaching English as a second language in China for 1 year. My background in teaching makes me a patient, empathetic listener and a well-organized problem-solver. Plus my ability to learn new things is unmatched .I am excited to apply these skills to a role as a support agent, where I can help customers find solutions and feel heard and understood. I am looking forward to taking on new challenges and learning new technologies in the field of customer support.
